General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all use of the 7bot platform and its services. By accessing the website or creating an account, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

3.1 Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum Limits

The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. In special circumstances (such as when identity verification is required), this may take longer.

3.4 Transaction Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all transactions carried out from your account. It is your duty to ensure account security and keep your password confidential. Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

7bot offers new members a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳5,000.

• Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000
• Example 2: Deposit ৳6,000 and receive a ৳5,000 bonus (maximum), giving a total balance of ৳11,000

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.

4.3 Bonus Restrictions

• Each account is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• The bonus amount cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after completing the wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be treated as fraud.
• 7bot reserves the right to withdraw a bonus at any time if bonus abuse is suspected.
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time after the bonus is awarded, the bonus will expire.

4.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, 7bot may offer various promotional deals. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated alongside the relevant offer.

Betting Rules & Sports Terms

5.1 General Betting Rules

On 7bot, you can bet on cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports events. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

5.2 Bet Settlement

Bets will be settled based on the outcome of the event. If an event is cancelled or left incomplete, a decision will be made in accordance with 7bot's established policy.

5.3 Unusual Betting

If 7bot considers any bet suspicious or unusual, it reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, void it. If evidence of match-fixing or unfair advantage is found, the associated account will be permanently closed.

5.4 Technical Errors

If incorrect odds or results are displayed due to a technical error, 7bot reserves the right to void the affected bets. In such cases, the deposited amount will be refunded.

VIP Program & Cashback

7bot has three VIP tiers for regular players. Weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Gold Tier: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

6.1 Tier Progression

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular play. Tier assessments are conducted periodically, and 7bot reserves the right to make the final decision on this evaluation.

6.2 Cashback Terms

Weekly cashback will be added to your account at a set time each week. A wagering requirement may apply to cashback, which will be communicated separately.

Security & Privacy

8.2 Voluntary Closure
